MRRA/MRU Procedure for Referee Appointed Game Changes for 2011

• If a referee is unable to officiate a game on a Saturday, that referee must inform the Appointments Officer at least seven (7) days in advance through email or at a weekly Monday night meeting.
• It is the referee’s responsibility to check the MRU website to confirm their appointment prior to 3:00pm the day before the fixture.
• If there is a change of venue, date, time or referee before 3:00pm on the day before your game, in most cases Friday, the responsibility lies with the referee to obtain the details from the MRU website.
• After 3:00pm of the day before the game, in most cases Friday, if any change is made to the venue, time, date or referee, the MRU will notify the affected referee via text message.
• All game change notifications where the referee is affected will be solely updated on the MRU website prior to 3:00pm Friday, and no personalised email to the referee will be sent by the Appointments Officer.
